Choose your flavour

Madagascan Vanilla - classic madeira sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve

Chocolate Guinness (other chocolate options are available) - rich, melt in your mouth layers of chocolate and Guinness flavoured sponge filled with cream cheese buttercream

Moist Carrot - moist carrot cake filled with cream cheese buttercream

Zesty Lemon - lemon sponge soaked in a lemon syrup filled with a zesty lemon curd and lemon buttercream

Salted Caramel - caramel sponge filled with a vanilla buttercream and a salted caramel sauce topped with salt flakes

Of course if you already have a flavour in mind, I'd be happy to make it for you.
